Time to visit: an EAR NOSE THROAT (ENT) specialist who may refer you to an AUDIOLOGIST . There are methods using hearing aids to reduce or eliminate these annoying sounds, (often the tinnitus is a symptom of early hearing loss) Hope this is helpful! Dr Z
