14 weeks pregnant with high bp and anxiety. was on purbloka, ob/gyn said to stop immediately. are there any safe beta blockers for pregnant women with no fetal harming substances? or perhaps a natural/herbal anti-anxiety med?

Some beta blockers: seem safer than others, bu all carry some risk, to growth restriction. Other agents are available for anxiety tx, vistaril is an one that is used often. Talk with your doctor about the best plan of care.
