Abscess under my left breast 2 weeks. yesterday i completed course of flucloxacillin 250 started on 31 dec. i am 179kg. boil is now inflamed no sign of antibiotic having had any effect. have pcos & possibly insulin resistance and assoc food allergies?

Likely: needs surgical incision and drainage to clear the infection at this point, let your doctor know it is not better. Then they can plan the next phase of treatment.
