Bronchspasm?: In addition to the local inflammation of lung tissue by the chemical substances possible bronchospasm may explain the chest pain. Need pulmonary function tests ,to be ordered by a pulmonologist , to r/o reactive airway disease. If confirmed will benefit from bronchodilator inhalers -commonly used one is albuterol inhalation, a prescription medication.
