Possibly: The pain may be from the frequent cough, which tires respiratory muscles & may cause pain. Was the pain present before u used the albuterol? With bronchitis, the large airways are inflamed, which may be the burning pain u feel. An NSAID (advil/motrin/aleve/etc) can help calm both pain & inflammation.

Sometimes: Excessive coughing as with bronchitis can cause upper back pain, irritation of joints , even disc bulges. Complete med, monitor for increasing symptoms, and f/u.
