Can you get necrotizing fasciitis from a burst pimple on face? i get lots of whiteheads (i don't pop them but they do burst by themselves). i worry that they will get infected and the bacteria will become flesh-eating. irrational fear?

Depends: depends on how bad the infection is. it's recommended to keep the face clean preferably with antibacterial soap to avoid a bad infection. If you see the area too swollen, too red, hurts too much or you get fever visit a ER as soon as possible
