I have to have an mri done on my shoulder next friday, i have two hip implants, can they still do it? i probably will need to tell them, right? should i bring some cards i have saying i had that done or just tell them? would the mri interfere with it

Hip implants : Most modern joint implants do not interfere with the MRI's safety. They can interfere with the clarity of the MRI if the MRI is of the area of the implant. I suggest providing the MRI location all the information you have about the implant.
