Little or no risk: You're not at zero risk, but very close. Even without her being on treatment, the average risk for a single episode of vaginal sex with an infected partners is around 1 chance in a thousand. With her treatment plus infrequent outbreaks, plus no symptoms by now, your chance of having HSV2 from this event probably is zero for all practical purposes. Don't worry about it.
