Non-specific: The term Heart attack Is used to describe several different things including myocardial infarction which is damage to the heart muscle from lack of oxygen from poor blood flow .It also can be used to describe irregular heartbeat or conduction problems like heart block or passing out from a heart problem

Heart attack : A myocardial infraction means that there was damage to the heart as a result of a loss of blood supply. If the damage very small it may not be seen on some cardiac scans.
