Risk assessment : 24 y/o male possibly to young for heart disease but after a good physical and risk assessment/history is possible to r/o that possibility. Stress test maybe indicated. Also chest wall pain/costochondritis, asthma, acid reflux/heartburn disease. Consult a physician.
