What would explain heart flutters and fainting in a 28 year old?

Worrisome: I would be concerned about the occurrence of serious cardiac arrythmias causing the fainting. These symptoms warrant an evaluation by a cardiologist. A family history, a heart auscultation, a 12 lead EKG, certain blood tests and wearing of an outpatient heart monitor would be indicated in the workup.
