Little or no risk: Kissing virtually never transmits HIV (few if any known cases ever reported), even by people with untreated HIV. With anti-HIV treatment resulting in undectable virus in the blood, even unprotected sex is risk free for all practical purposes. Of course all this depends on the truth of your kissing partner's medical history and HIV treatment.
