I accidentally got ao sept in my eye with my contact lens i have rinsed with milk, my eye is very painful and red cant hardly open it as it is too sensitive, trying not to rub please advise i have a massive head ache too?

AO sept: It probably has irritated your cornea.Since symptoms are persistent you should see an ophthalmologist for further diagnosis and proper treatment.
