Hi! my left eye swollen and tearing when i woke up. no redness or pain but a bit itch and i had sore throat for 3days without any medication.

Infection: You have a throat infection for 3 days and now the eye is swollen and tearing. It sound like a viral infection and there might be that is not necessary any treatment and will resolve spontaneously.
