I have bad acne i have tried washing my face with e45 nd applying it but that only worked in the first couple of days and the acne started again please help or advise ?

A doctor can help: For treatment of acne, over-the-counter benzoyl peroxide gel or cream is quite helpful. If desired, a doctor can add an antibiotic gel such as clindamycin gel. If more help is needed, retinoids such as Retin-A or Differin gel can be used instead of benzoyl peroxide. Oral antibiotics such as tetracycline can be used also. If acne is quite severe, a dermatologist can help with other treatments.
