Sometimes, in addition to certain topical acne treatments, patients need to be prescribed antibiotics to treat acne in combination therapy. Medications : Start with a wash containing Salicylic Acid. Use tepid and not hot water. Then apply Bemzoyl Peroxide cream. Give this about 6-8 weeks. In no change , see your doctor .
