Ive been vegan for a year now and i want to add dairy back, i have a whey protein isolate drink and says lactose free. i am fine with diarrhea and bloating but will i throw up if i consume this? how much should i consume? when can i take more?

Should be fine but:: I don't know why you think you'd get diarrhea, bloating or vomit; whey protein shouldn't cause any of those unless you're allergic to it, in which case you should avoid it. However. not all whey is created equal. I advise choosing an organic whey powder from grass-fed cows not given hormones or antibiotics and processed at low temperature for maximum benefit. Start with about 15 grams then try 30.
