What do i do if i threw up yesterdays birth control pill after 25 min of taking it? i took my pill for today, do i need to double up and take saturdays pill?

Ask the prescriber: If a person throws up a pill, it would be as if she did not take the pill. She should ask the prescribing doctor if unsure of what the doctor's instructions were for missed pills. Usually, a person on combination BC pills would just take the missed pill as soon as possible unless the missed pill was an inactive pill (it's ok to miss an inactive pill), or the missed pill was more than one day ago.
