I am on junel fe birth control. i take my pill at 10am. yesterday, i took my pill and then around 10-20mins later had a small bout of watery stool. i had another, a larger, bout of mushy stool (not as watery) around 5pm. should i double up on pill?

I wouldn't: It takes an average of 2-3 days for what you put in your mouth to travel the ~30 feet of your digestive system to be pooped out. If you have continuous diarrhea it takes a day. The pill dissolves & is absorbed just beyond the stomach a few hours after taking it. In the situation you describe the pill had time to be absorbed & work.
