Menstrual cycle: During your menstrual cycle there are changes in fluids, hormones and inflammatory agents in your blood stream. All factors that can effect your vestibular gland. From a study in Neuroscience Letters 2001 this was studied. The article states there was no change in gaze or nystagmus, but significant change in lateral sway.
