Motion sickness: This isn't something you can safely or effectively sort out on a forum like this. Speak with your personal physician, ideally whoever prescribed your meclizine. Also ask about the scopalomine patch (Transderm Scop), which is very effective for many people. Also, as you might expect, cruise ship doctors also are highly experience in this area.
