Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor. Your symptoms are suggestive of urinary infection and may require prescription antibiotics. In the mean time increase your intake of water so that your urine is mostly colorless.
