Hi, i have a pain just below my right rib cage. when i drive on a gravel road it gets worse. it became a consistent dull pain after horse riding yesterday and is sore to the touch. it almost feels like spleen sting just on the right. ?

Burning or stinging around top of rib cage. It happens, when i bend over, or when i cough, or sneeze, and feels tender to touch, but when i press, in that area, when bending, or coughing, or sneeze, i don't feel any, burning, or stinging.
WHAT and WHERE does the pain feel like from problems with the spleen. Can it ever be a burning/pinching sensation. And does it make the ribs sore to touch? My abdomen is hurting but not sore when touched but have some rib tenderness and back pain.
Tender, soreness b/t left rib cage & hip. Enlarged spleen? Sore throat, swollen lymph nodes. Should i get checked for mono, or is this something else
Can you bruise ribs by pushing to feel spleen? Was doing last night and now sore to touch. don't feel spleen. 13cm spleen on ct 1 mo ago- no symptoms
