My under eye of my right eye only has been really red some days my eye its self will be itching but its always red , why ? what can i do to fix it , its red and irritated on the top and bottom but mostly the bottom and only one eye my right

Possible corneal: If only one eye is red and irritated, pseudo urgent care or a physician who can assess whether you have a corneal abrasion. Rinse eyes with ocular saline and please follow up. An allergic reaction is another cause but usually both eyes are affected if the trigger is airborne.
