Xiphisternal joint i keep pressing on jt. it hurt so much after a while especially after i press on it. i feel pain from that area and just below it. i also have anxiety. i worry about this. i also think i have heart burn acid. is it life threatning?

Costochondritis of any of the joints in the chest can be painful, but can be treated.
