Pregnancy and...: It is very common at this stage of pregnancy to experience heartburn which at times can be severe. Anemia in a mild form is also normal in pregnancy due to normal changes of the blood at this time. However, if the anemia is very severe and the abdominal pain is also significant I would advise you to discuss with your OB and see if you need any specific testing to be done.

Very likely. : Your symptoms sound like heartburn. The enlarging uterus presses on the stomach and may cause acid reflux or heartburn. This is common during pregnancy. Ask your medical professional which acid reducers are safe during pregnancy. Tums (calcium carbonate) or antacids such as Maalox or Mylanta are safe, and you can start with those now.
