No worries: Typical use of western-style toilets does not spread HIV disease. If a toilet-worrier, one should always locate the acceptable toilets to use within walking distance of her home, school, workplace, shopping areas, and the routes in between. That way, she will know in her heart that she has access to an acceptable toilet at all times, fairly close by.
