I am 4 days postpartum and i had an iv drip while in hospital my arm is now bruised and tender and the vein feels hard and sore. is this something to be worried about?

Superficial: irritation, in the vein, if gets more sore or fever, see you doctor. Aspirin can help in recommended amounts.
