When i lay down i feel swaying but im still no movement it comes and goes...when i took antibiotics i start feeling better but then couple days later i start feeling really off balance tingling in my head shaking and heart beating hard and fast?

Balance: The balance problem would likely be related to a inner ear imbalance. I would still consider vertigo as a likely reason for your dizziness. However, the rapid heart rate would not be likely with that. Given your persistent symptoms is would best be seen.
