Radiating pain: Important that you contact the General Dentist or specialist Oral Surgeon that did yo9ur extraction. Additional treatment and/or change in medication may be in order. Part of your procedure is the post-surgical care provided by your doctor. Please call.

Extraction Pain: Each extraction is different, and depending on which tooth and its proximity to nearby nerves, pain can vary from mild to excruciating. Not sure if you had an infection or if you have a dry socket. Best bet is to have your oral surgeon (or dentist) evaluate the wound.
