To : To a small degree drinking water can help eliminate toxins from your body. The best way to eliminate nicotine and other toxins is to stop ingesting/inhaling them. Over time your body will naturally rid itself of them, however many toxins remain in fat for prolonged periods of time. Lastly drinking too much water can put excess strain on your kidneys, so drink about 8 glasses of water a day. Also eating a healthy diet and regular exercise will be beneficial. Good luck.

NO: Detoxes, flushing, cleanses - whatever you want to call them - are of no proven value to human health, and may be hazardous to health as well. The body, including the GI tract, liver and kidneys, do a perfectly adequate job in getting rid of all the toxins we need to get rid of. Lots of people make lots of money off these detoxes etc., and you are doing yourself no favor by buying into it.
