No it isn't: Vaginal discharge is not a pregnancy symptom. It can indicate a sexually transmitted disease of other infection. Schedule a visit for testing. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available at any pharmacy. Consider starting birth control as well.
