Accidentally went too deep in my ear with a q-tip and now my ear is killing me!! going to the doctor on thursday (todays tuesday) for check up, can this wait until then to be looked at? what can i do in the meantime? yikes

Lessons learned: Going "too deep" can be dangerous, whether it be in the ear canal or the Eire Canal. If the pain is just due to abraded skin in the ear canal, that heals up fine in most cases, and is the more likely scenario. If one poked a hole in her eardrum, that's less likely but generally still heals up. For pain that is "killing me," a visit to the ER or one's doctor is needed.
