I had a cold ear both right and left sunday.when to the hospital got reffered to ent who could not find anything wrong.may i request from him a medical report based on his observation?

Yes: You should be able to your records from any provider. Typically if it is from an ER your should be able to contact medical records. If from a office contact the office and they should be able to send you a report. Typically you have to sign a release form.
