Many places: There are as many places to do a screening test as there are types of screening tests. Blood tests, such as screenings for high cholesterol or diabetes, are done at a lab. Screening mammograms to look for breast cancer are done at a radiology place. Screening colonoscopies to look for colon cancer are done at surgicenters by gastroenterologists. There are yet other types of screenings.
