Depends on details: Some companies have a set of biometrics such as blood sugar, blood cholesterol, etc... for their employees to do. Aside from that, each doctor can customize his or her own set of tests to do. Thus, if doing a health screening through the employer, follow the employer's instructions. If doing it through one's primary care provider, follow the doctor's instructions. No worries.
