Yes: No disrespect intended. Go there instead of eating. Talk to the people there are food choices, and learning to recognize when you are really hungry rather than when you simply eat to gratify other emotions or for fun. You'll lose weight and keep it off when, and only when, the way you think about food comes into line with a healthy fitness lifestyle. Most folks never accomplish this, but you can.
