Sure: That's like asking, "Is it possible to catch the flu if my coworker sneezed while we rode the bus?" First, the other person has to have the disease because you can't catch something from nothing. Beyond that, it's possible to catch the germ and then it's possible for the germ to replicate and cause the disease, but there is no way to guess the likelihood or chances or it actually happening.
