A doctor has provided 1 answer

Doctor can examine: Infections of the tonsils, throat, neck lymph nodes, sinuses, or around the spine can all cause sore throat, neck ache, and head ache. For some people, ear problems or infections can also cause sore throat, neck ache, and head ache. A primary care doctor can check to see if it is just a routine problem (such as strep throat) or something more unusual, plus refer to an ENT doctor if needed.
