Muscle cramps: I would highly recommend you to see your doctor for muscle cramps. Atorvastatin can cause muscle cramps due to potentially serious side effect- Rhabdomyolysis. If the medication has been started recently and cramps are mild then it might improve on its own. But it is very important to get evaluated for it.
