Not a problem: Many people take these medications in this sort of regimen. The Simvastatin is ideally taken at bedtime, which you are. The amlodipine and bystolic (nebivolol) are taken at various times during the day. Would ensure you are taking them at similar times every day. Would not expect a problem for am amlodipine, evening bystolic (nebivolol) and bedtime simvastatin.
