Odd post : A 2 month old does not have the developed ability to purposely tug at an ear. They can by coincidence but not on purpose.At 2 months they can have wax fall out like any kid. All this has little meaning.If you have specific concerns you are welcome to start over and state them.

No swabs: Avoid putting swabs in the ear canal,gently remove wax from the outside with a damp washcloth. She should be examined to determine if there is an infection.
