I was eating some hot pasta. 2 pieces of pasta fell on my left breast: 1 between the nipple and the sternum and the other on the sternum between 2 breasts. i took these pieces off my skin after 3-5 seconds.can these pieces of hot food harm my heart?

No: Pasta noodles on the outside of the body don't directly affect the organs on the inside of the body. Humans have skin, fat, muscles, bones between the outside of the body and the heart, lungs, and esophagus inside the chest.
