Press right below heart hurts i think i press on a bone there i am not supposed to be pressing. it is right bellow heart and right before stomach. could it do with anxiety? is it somewhere i should not be pressing?

Chest pain: One of the more common reasons for palpable chest wall pain would be costochondritis. The is inflammation between your rib inserts onto your sternum. The joint is known as the costochondral junction and is a common area to get inflamed.

Abdominal pain: It sounds like you are touching the lower portion of the breast bone called the xiphoid. Touch it can be tender and more you touch it the more tender it becomes. I suggest talking to your primary care doctor about your general health
