Get evaluated by doc: Headaches are hard enough to diagnose in some cases but there are too many variables to directly relate your symptoms to a central cause (yet). Please see a PMR or neuro doc who can consider all factors: TMJ and clenching dysfunction, occipital neuralgia, sinusitis. Migraine HA variant, temporal arteritis, or other cause. Good luck
