OCD: OCD is not fussy, the symptoms of which can be triggered by lots of things. So, yes, ear infection can trigger it but not be the cause of the OCD diagnosis. Please continue to seek help. Some psychologists specialize in a treatment called "Response Prevention" which can be helpful. Peace and good health.
