11w pregnant ?'s: At 11 weeks of pregnancy, bleeding may be due to placental location (placenta previa), where intercourse can induce uterine contractions with slight separation of the placental border, producing the clot and discharge. See your OB physician for a pelvic ultrasound and exam to make certain.
