Missing your: oral contraceptive 5 days can significantly impact it's efficacy. The bleeding may be a period. Dark brown discharge is usually old blood being cleaned from the uterus. However, the only way to know definitively if you are pregnant at this time is to take a pregnancy test. Take care. Practice safe sex.
