Take pregnancy test: Quickest way to answer your question is for u to perform a urine pregnancy test. If you have not had sex within the past month, then it should be accurate. If it is negative, then you may have just had an anovulatory cycle (did not ovulate), which could explain spotting 2wks ago and missed period now. Take care.
