Gastroenterologist: Vagus nerve stimulation may play a role in causing nausea before you eat, but would not explain postprandial abdominal pain. Gall stones, pancreatic problems, gastric ulcer, gastritis, hiatal hernia, irritable bowel come to mind. I recommend consulting a gastroenterologist for diagnosis and treatment. Appropriate testing Will be done.
